Who we are
This website presents the PatchFlow software, designed and developed in Switzerland.
What we collect
The website itself sets no cookies and uses no analytics or advertising trackers. Fonts are served from our own server. When you send a form, we receive the information you enter: for a beta access request, the email address, trade and company; for a manufacturer request, the brand, contact name, email address, role, brand website, subject, message and link to documentation.
Why
Only to answer your request: beta access or, for a manufacturer, the representation of its products in the catalogue. We do not sell or rent your data and do not use it for other commercial purposes.
How long
Messages are kept as long as needed to handle the request and any resulting collaboration, then deleted.
Service providers
The website is hosted by a hosting provider, and form messages may transit through an email or form-handling service acting on our behalf. They only process the data to deliver the service.
Your rights
Under the Swiss Federal Act on Data Protection (FADP) and, where applicable, the EU GDPR, you can ask to access, correct or delete your data at any time by writing to us.
